Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador is the membership-based umbrella organization for all municipal councils across the province. Founded to support and advocate for local governments, MNL provides resources, training, and policy guidance. MNL’s mission is to build stronger communities by helping councils address emerging trends, leverage best practices, and collaborate effectively.
